The STS XPJ 1682D 64" DTF printer, made in Japan, features a dual offset head that enables ultra-fast print speeds. It produces smooth gradations while ensuring high-quality printing even at reduced resolution.
It is equipped with SAI’s Flexi 22 DTF Edition RIP software and the Flexi 22 DTF Editor. The XPJ-1682D also features automatic bi-directional alignments, a user-friendly touch panel, additional LED lighting and an improved feed flange that allows operators to easily and quickly load media and exchange multiple rolls. These features are designed to make operation and maintenance easier while continuing to deliver high-quality, high-volume output. The XPJ-1682D is paired with STS’s DTF ink, which offers users an excellent colour gamut and exceptional durability.

Works on most fabrics
DTG technology works best on pre-treated cotton fabrics. DTF opens the door to a wide range of choices and allows printing on untreated cotton, silk, polyester, denim, nylon, leather, 50/50 blends, etc. It works well on both white and dark textiles.
