Shaker DTF 130 cm / 51” – Large format automatic powder dispenser
The DTF 130 cm / 51” shaker is a next-generation automatic powder applicator designed to meet the needs of medium and large-format production workshops. Thanks to its advanced technology, it applies and melts the precise amount of TPU powder for a consistent and long-lasting result, while optimizing production time and costs.
Touchscreen and simple interface
Equipped with a 4.5” touchscreen and an HMI interface, the shaker allows for easy adjustment of temperature, speed, and operating modes. It features both automatic and manual modes , suitable for all production environments.
Upper and lower infrared drying
Dual infrared curing (top and bottom) ensures uniform fusion of the TPU powder. This process improves transfer adhesion, film stability, and color fidelity, even on large visuals.
