Complete DTF 60cm Set – 2-head printer + DF-800 shaker
This set includes a 60cm DTF printer equipped with two Epson i3200-A1 printheads and the DF-800 shaker , an automatic powder applicator perfectly suited for continuous and demanding production. Together, they provide a reliable and efficient solution for textile customization workshops, brands, or organizations requiring a controlled and consistent production flow.
Print performance and speed
Thanks to its two print heads, the printer ensures high speed while maintaining high precision. Depending on the mode used, the speed varies between 6 m²/h and 14 m²/h , allowing it to efficiently meet the needs of serial production or high-volume orders.
DTF technology: flexibility and versatility
Direct-to-Film (DTF) technology offers a stable and versatile transfer method, ideal for a wide range of textiles. Printing is done on PET film, followed by the application of TPU powder and then heat-pressing.

DTF Inks and Consumables for Audley Printers
STS Inks is a leading supplier of DTF inks. The inks are made in the USA and are color matched from batch to batch. STS DTF inks are formulated for Epson printheads and Epson 6-8 color printers. The inks have a shelf life of one year.
The range of direct to film inks offer high colour density, a wide colour gamut and exceptional colour saturation. They are also non-toxic and environmentally friendly. Made from encapsulated resins that are safe for the printhead, our range of DTF printer inks for Epson printheads and direct to film inks offer high wash resistance and excellent performance.
