The successor to Mutoh's ValueJet 1638WX and based on our all-new XpertJet printing platform, the XPJ-1642WR Pro features two brand-new, ultra-wide, variable-droplet Mutoh AccuFine piezoelectric printheads in an offset configuration. Combined with Mutoh's exclusive new i-screen weaving technology, these new printheads deliver exceptional print quality at higher production speeds.
Designed for the dye-sublimation transfer market, the XpertJet 1642WR Pro dye-sublimation printer delivers high-quality graphics for transfer onto all types of flexible and rigid polyester materials: in-store textile graphics and displays, flexible signage and graphics for events and trade shows, interior decoration, flags and pennants, sporting goods (snowboards, helmets, etc.), gadgets (mugs, umbrellas, mouse pads, etc.), and apparel (fast fashion, blouses, sportswear, outdoor jackets, T-shirts, etc.). The XPJ-1642WR Pro can also print directly onto polyester-coated fabrics or blended fibers.
The XPJ-1642WR Pro is production-ready: rolls can be easily mounted thanks to newly designed support brackets. Continuous printing is possible thanks to the various motorized take-up systems available for 30, 40, or 100 kg rolls.
