The Transmatic 7240/7360/7372 SPORT has been specially designed for digital printing on die-cut parts and placed prints. This application is particularly suitable for the t-shirt printing industry sports equipment. A new oil heating system ensures an even temperature distribution over the entire length of the cylinder with minimal energy consumption. Oil heating systems from Transmatic consume 50% less energy than electric machines. The 20 cm calender diameter is suitable for the needs of digital printing.
The 7240/7360/7372 SPORT has 3 different operating modes:
- Sheets of transfer paper are placed with the design facing up on the table, cut fabrics (front, back, arms, neck, etc.) are placed on the design. The printed fabric pieces and the paper both come out at the front of the machine.
- Use of transfer paper in reels with the possibility of placing cut pieces of fabric.
- Traditional printing of transfer paper and continuous fabrics.
