PREPARATION

SCREEN-CHEM STRIP SOLUZIONE CONC
It must be diluted with demineralized water in the following ratio: 1:25. It is important to use demineralized water, as possible impurities can alter the product. In the case where screens are to be recovered that have been washed several times (few prints, but several versions of designs), it is recommended to use a "fresh" solution.
APPLICATION
Apply the product to both sides of the screen using a sponge. The screen must have been previously cleaned of any traces of ink used during printing.
- Once the product is applied, leave it on for 5 minutes.
- Wash the product using a high pressure nozzle.
- Screens treated with SCREEN-CHEM STRIP series products must then be degreased with specific cleaners (SCREEN-CHEM DEGREASER) before reusing them.
SHELF LIFE
If the product is stored in its original packaging at a temperature of 20°C maximum, it will retain its characteristics for approximately 1 year from the date of production.
