Amex Screen-Sol QT Blu+Diazo
PRE-POLYMER DIAZO photoemulsion for the preparation of screens for textile screen printing.

TO RAISE AWARENESS
- Always work in a dark room or with yellow light
- Add distilled water to the diazo sensitizer and shake well, then add the entire dose to the SCREENSOL QT BLU emulsion. Mix well.
- Deaeration time: at least 2 hours.
APPLICATION
The ideal application depends on the type of fabric, the ink used and the RZ value you want to obtain. As a guide, we recommend applying 1 or 2 layers of emulsion on the external side of the screen and 1 or 2 layers on the internal side.
Apply SCREEN -SOL QT BLU to a clean, degreased and dry cloth.
Shelf life of sensitized photoemulsion: 1 month, if stored in a dark and cold place (4-12°C).
DRYING
At 30-35°C for 40-60 minutes depending on the thickness of the coating.
EXPOSURE
Lamp type, distance between lamp and screen, mesh type and coating thickness can affect exposure time.
To determine the correct exposure time, we recommend:
- Mesh: 62 Th/cm
- Lamp: UV metal-halogen 5000 W
- Distance: 1 mt
- Application: 1-2 interior coats. / 1-2 exterior layers
- Exposure time: 55 seconds
DEVELOPMENT
At room temperature, immerse the screen in water for 5 minutes then rinse it with a jet of water using medium water. Dry in the oven at around 35°C.
