1. Duration of the warranty:
Texjet NG series DTG printers will have the following warranty from the date of installation:
• Twelve months for all parts, including print heads.
2. Warranty conditions:
The warranty only covers parts that fail due to a manufacturing defect in the printer during the warranty period. This means:
This warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by improper installation, improper or abnormal use, misuse, neglect, natural causes such as fire, explosion, earthquake, storm, tornado, flood, wind or lightning and any other abnormal environmental conditions, vandalism, power surges, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical conditions and accidents (including, but not limited to, transporting the Texjet NG without proper preparation and/or packaging).
• Damage caused by the use of inks other than Polyprint Texjet inks.
• Damage caused by the use of parts, consumables or accessories of a brand other than Polyprint.
• Damage caused by the use of expired inks and consumables.
• Damage caused by failure to follow the product's usage and operating instructions as outlined in the user manual.
• Damage caused by failure to follow product maintenance and printing instructions as indicated in the user manual.
• Physical damage to this machine.
• Damage caused by other equipment or device.
• Consumables (i.e. nozzle sheets, swabs, pipettes, etc.).
• Problems resulting from other than defects in raw materials or workmanship.
This warranty is VOID if this machine has been altered or modified in any way (including, but not limited to, attempted warranty repair without prior written permission from Must Technologie and/or modification/removal of the serial number).
Warranty is VOID if non-Polyprint brand inks are installed.
The printer MUST NOT be transported without a Must Technologie representative, any unaccompanied transport of the machine may VOID this warranty.
Items replaced under warranty will be new or refurbished parts with a level of functionality equal to that of a new part. These parts do not extend the product warranty.
The warranty covers only the replacement of defective parts and inks and does not include labor or other charges. Must Technologie is not responsible for damage to or loss of any equipment, media, programs or data related to the use of this Texjet NG series printer. Except for repair or replacement as described above, Must Technologie will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or specific remedies.
Polyprint inks and pre-treatment, if defective due to a manufacturing defect, are covered by warranty which is valid until the expiration date written on the ink bottles. Photos of the bottle(s) with the batch number must be included in the warranty claim when requesting ink replacement.
Damaged Parts - All defective items that have been replaced under warranty must be sent to Must Technologie within fifteen (15) days after the day the replacement parts are shipped by Must Technologie.
If damaged items are not returned within fifteen (15) days, all item charges will be charged.
Note: Warranty approval will be granted or denied, after inspection of returned defective parts.
Must Technologie reserves the right to reject the warranty if inspection of the returned parts shows that the damaged parts have been misused, abused, subjected to unauthorized disassembly or modification, used in an inappropriate environment, poorly maintained by the customer or any other unknown situation for which Must Technologie cannot be responsible.
Returned parts and/or machines must be properly packaged for transport, preferably in their original packaging. If this is not possible, please ensure that adequate protection is applied. Electrical items must be wrapped in anti-static packaging before placing them in a box.
Items sent under warranty which, upon inspection of the returned damaged parts, are found not to be eligible for warranty or damaged due to improper packaging will also be charged (including inspection fees), after denial of warranty.
3. Warranty conditions for additional print heads:
• A printhead warranty will only be granted if the specific defective printhead is permanently blocked/missing nozzles more than 5% (20 nozzles) per channel (color or white) of the total (400 nozzles).
• The Texjet NG printer should be used in an environment with temperatures ranging from 60° to 85° Fahrenheit (15° to 30° C) and relative humidity levels of 40% to 70%. Using the printer outside of these conditions could clog the printhead and void the printhead warranty.
• If the printhead is damaged or the nozzles become clogged due to printhead failure with media, the printhead warranty will be void.
