1. MUST TECHNOLOGIE guarantees the proper mechanical functioning of the machine for a period of 12 months from its assembly. If a manufacturing defect during assembly is reported during the warranty period, it will be corrected free of charge, provided that MUST TECHNOLOGIE is informed in writing immediately after its detection. Taxes and import duties are the responsibility of the Customer. For repairs or modifications carried out during the warranty period, MUST TECHNOLOGIE will apply the same warranty conditions to the rectified component only. Civil liability for any damage resulting from the installation or operation of the machine is assumed by the Customer even towards third parties, releasing MUST TECHNOLOGIE from any claim in this regard. Under no circumstances will it be possible to extend the terms of decay or prescription.
2. The warranty does not apply in the event of normal wear and tear, breakage resulting from the Customer's incompetence or negligence, exceeding contractual limits, unauthorized interventions, fortuitous events or force majeure, poor maintenance, use of materials, influence of chemical or electrolytic action, failure to comply with maintenance instructions, assembly not carried out by MUST TECHNOLOGIE, defects not originating from a material defect, design or poor workmanship, or for other reasons that are not the responsibility of MUST TECHNOLOGIE. The Customer may not request reimbursements or compensation for costs, claims, direct or indirect damage, even for inactivity of the machine. The replaced parts remain our property. For parts that we have purchased from manufacturers or subcontractors, the guarantees granted to MUST TECHNOLOGIE will apply to the Customer.
All travel and daily allowances of our staff, for the entire duration under warranty, are carried out at the expense, risk and peril of the Customer. MUST TECHNOLOGIE is not responsible for any damage to the fabrics. The warranty is not valid when the Customer or third parties make modifications or repairs without the written agreement of MUST TECHNOLOGIE, or when the Customer does not take appropriate measures to limit the damage. The machine warranty ceases to be enforceable if the Customer does not comply with the interventions and maintenance provided for in the user and maintenance guide.
3. The supply does not include purification or pollution control devices. Any devices and appliances that may be necessary for the Client's work must be installed at the Client's expense and for the Client's attention.
