The STP-1000 is the new version of the famous automatic clothes folder STP-950, which has been used all over the world in recent years.
The STP-1000 is now equipped with modern pneumatic, electrical and electronic systems for even better build quality and ergonomics.
It is ideally designed for folding t-shirts with a maximum production capacity of 15 garments per minute and 5500 pieces in 8 hours.
It can easily be adjusted to fold different types and sizes of clothes, in different ways.

The STP-1000 automatic folder folds ready-made clothes quickly, quietly and accurately. It only requires one operator and is ideally suited for folding t-shirts. It can within limits be easily adjusted to fold different types and sizes of clothing in different ways.
Its maximum production capacity is 15 garments per minute. The machine is supplied either as a stand-alone unit or as part of a complete garment folding and wrapping station. The complete station consists of:

All machines operate either stand-alone or in combination. The functional division of the complete station into 3 units allows the optimal choice of machines for the needs of each producer. The STP-1000 automatic folding machine has a production capacity of 5500 pieces in 8 hours (this measurement was carried out in our premises), and is obtained thanks to 5 basic programs. The speed of the employee plays a key role in the productivity of the machine, as well as the program selected and the type of garment.
The 5 programs of the STP 1000
Simple automatic folding of the finished garment
With this program, the machine folds the garments in the middle. The machine measures the length of the garment and automatically folds it in the middle. The maximum length of the garment that can be fed into the machine is 1 meters and 5 centimeters (1.05m).
Single fold to desired length
Fold clothes to desired length with one fold. The machine measures the length of the garment and tries to reach the desired length entered in centimeters on the digital screen. The only limitation to this program is that the desired final folding length cannot be less than half the length of the clothes introduced.
Automatic double folding of the finished garment
Folds the garment with two folds. The machine measures the length of the garment and performs two equal folds. The end result of folding is 1/3 the length of the garment.
Double fold to desired length
Fold clothes to desired length with two folds. The machine measures the length of the garment and reaches the desired length entered in centimeters on the digital screen. The limit to this program is that the final desired folding length cannot be less than 1/4 of the garment length.
Folding pants to the desired length
Fold the pants to the desired length, with one or two pleats. The machine measures the length of the pants and tries to reach the desired length entered in centimeters on the digital screen. The limit to this program is that the final desired length of determined folding cannot be less than 1/4 of the length of the pants.
The width of the final fold of a garment on the STP-1000 can be 16 to 32 cm and the maximum length of the garment that can be fed into the machine is 1.10 m.The STP-1000 can be combined with the PV-38 wrapper and the KL-55 gluer, to create a complete production line with comparative advantages through speed and standardization of packaging, as well as absolute advantage of reducing labor costs, since in the middle of production, the line only needs one employee to operate it

The machine is equipped with an emergency stop button in accordance with European standard EN 418-93, and electronic equipment is fully harmonized with CE directive EN 60204.1-93.
