The transaction includes €150 excluding VAT for study and file preparation fees and €43 excluding VAT for registry fees. The fixed rate pricing conditions proposed above are those applicable.
Ace 600 OBJ drying tunnel
The ASSO 600 OBJ oven is designed specifically to dry printed objects.
The main advantage of this oven is the large volume of forced air circulating: this facilitates and accelerates the evaporation of inks with excellent results in medium-long drying processes.
The height of the tunnel is adjustable from 100 to 250 mm.
Option: Cooling hood at the exit of the oven which allows the products to be cooled once they have been taken out, so that they can fall into a box without the need for the operator to be present

The height of the tunnel is adjustable from 100 to 250 mm: a simple rotation of a handwheel allows the working height to be changed, in order to be able to dry the largest objects, such as bottles, glasses, cups…
The temperature inside the oven is evenly distributed evenly over the sides and center of the oven. It is controlled by a high precision thermostat, and a solid state relay control system, so that it never exceeds the set value.
The air exchange is adjusted to release steam and allow the circulation of large volumes of air. The latter is pushed vertically into the tunnel by means of a distribution system, so as to be evenly distributed.
The oven insulation guarantees low consumption and excellent performance, while keeping the working environment cool.
The cooling hood at the exit of the oven is an efficient way to cool the products, and also to protect the operator. The inclination and height of the hood are adjustable. Each of the three fans is independent, and can be turned on or off on its own.
