The transport of your package
- Products in stock are generally shipped within 48 hours after receipt of payment (working days).

- Shipping costs include packaging, handling and freight charges. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or the weight of your order.
Classic packages
When ordering, you are offered a mode of transport corresponding to the type of products and the weight of the order. Orders weighing less than 100 kg are shipped by Chronopost. Packaging and shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight of the packages.
Chronopost prices are € 20.00 for a parcel weighing up to 10 kg, then € 5.00 for each additional 10 kg.
Withdrawal from the warehouse
Come and collect your orders from our MUST TECHNOLOGIE warehouse at 75-81 Avenue d'Alsace Lorraine in Noisy-le-Sec
No additional charge will be applied.
Heavy products
For orders of bulky and heavy materials, packaging and transport costs are not included in the order. They will be invoiced separately according to the mode of transport chosen.
