Fahrenheit hot air drying tunnel

The Farenheit drying tunnel is designed to quickly dry any type of ink at a temperature ranging from 100 ° C to 190 ° C. It is ideal for drying prints on paper, adhesive paper, plastic, metallic materials etc.

It is available in different sizes: 4 m / 6 m / 8 m, the tunnel forms a modular structure and gives the possibility of adding new modules to adapt to various production requirements.

• Thanks to the combination of different technical parameters, good thermal insulation and the use of premium materials, the outer shell always maintains an ambient temperature for the safety of the operators.

• These technical features allow less heat loss and therefore less energy consumption.

• Water-based inks and plastisol inks can be dried at the same time

Features:

• Available in different dimensions, composed of a modular structure that allows possible modifications to enlarge or shrink it according to possible needs.
• It is equipped with internal diagnostics for signaling operating faults or possible breakdowns.
• Height adjustment of the hot air diffuser part from 50 to 140 mm.
• Forced air recirculation system so that the set temperature is uniform across all parts of the oven.
• Protective filter to keep fans and conductors in good condition and therefore guarantee efficiency over time.
• The tunnel has a pneumatic belt centering and tensioning system. Belt speed adjustable from the control panel.
• The tunnel is equipped with a vacuum cleaner and two extractors at the ends for the expulsion of fumes and vapors.
