CA 500 automatic heat press

The thermal transfer carousel with 4 or 6 independently controlled transfer stations is suitable for printing all kinds of die-cut hot transfers.

The standard plate size is 15 x 10cm, which makes it ideal for printing labels on the front or inside of t-shirts, other sizes of trays are also available .

Technical details:

• The production of loading boxes is possible on your creations and depending on the size of the label.

• Lasers or particular specificities can be studied and added according to your needs

• Operation by pedal or in automatic mode with programmable index time thanks to Dual Mode.

• CE certified machine and standard safety and efficiency standards throughout the world.

• In the automatic mode, the rotation speed can be set from 2 to 60 seconds, and the machine can run continuously by a timer.

• In manual mode, the rotation is actuated by a foot control by the operator.

• The direct drive system uses a large AC inverter motor with a gearbox. There are no chains or sprockets. Time, temperature and pressure are individually adjustable on each of the six press heads. Special dimension plates are available for the top and bottom plates.

• All functions are controlled by PLC.

• 4 or 6 independent stations with independent control of time, temperature and pressure.

• Each complete station has an electronic anti-entrapment hand safety device.

• The automatic loader takes transfers one by one with a loading system by means of a vacuum pump arm.

• Mechanical turntable.

• Special size plates are available for the upper and lower plates

• Actual declared production estimated at 600 t-shirts / hour, using two operators, with a downtime of 15 seconds and a spin speed of 3 seconds.
