iQ Oval machines are modular and can be configured for almost any production requirement. The unique and highly innovative iDS intelligent drive system gives the iQ-Oval more versatility than any other production system today.
With no heavy chains or belts, no drive motor or huge gearbox to drive the pallet arms, the intelligent iDS transmission system delivers extremely smooth and precise high-speed movement in both directions, with a single, double and triple index installation. Operator safety is also greatly increased by iQ-Oval's unique iDS drive motors, which stop immediately upon detection of even the smallest obstacle, eliminating the need for safety barriers and making this machine a extremely safe and easy to use machine.
